A wide range of components can be supplied offering in particular high environmental performance.

MEDICAL PRODUCTS
Medical tabletops can be provided designed to meet specific customer needs. The high stiffness to weight ratio and low x-ray absorption properties of carbon fibre composites, particularly when combined with low-density foam cores, ensure demanding customer requirements can be met.

SEATBACKS
Individually designed to meet specific customer requirements, a wide range of tourist and business class aircraft seatbacks can be supplied. Tailored designs can be provided incorporating customer features such as video headrests, lumbar support, telephones etc. High strength and stiffness for low mass are the key advantages which composite design solutions offer.
Seatbacks for other transport applications can be catered for.

COMPOSITE FABRICATIONS
Advanced proprietary single piece moulding technology enables complex parts to be manufactured with minimal joints. This helps to maximise structural performance in parts such as sports bicycle frames.
