NP Aerospace are one of the largest thermosetting moulding companies in Europe.We manufacture an extensive range of products in engineering thermoset and composite materials for a wide variety of customers, in the aerospace, electrical, automotive, defence and textile industries.

  Our compression and injection moulding machines have capabilities ranging from 40 to 1000 tonnes with platen sizes up to 1700mm x 2500 mm. Our Autoclave can accomodate parts up to 8m long and 2.2m diameter.
  NP Aerospace works closely with it’s customers in order to ensure cost-effective moulding designs which display high strength at minimum weight.
   We have extensive design, test and ancillary equipment and the proven expertise to produce the most complex of mouldings. We also have considerable in-depth experience in the performance characteristics of modern fibre reinforced materials.
